At Tuck In, our PawMatch Guarantee is your assurance that your pet gets the best food for their health and your wallet If you find a lower price on the same product at another retailer, we’ll match it! 

 📅 Same-Day Savings, Seamlessly Matched 

To keep things fair and simple, the applies only on the same day the lower price is advertised. Just show us proof — a photo, screenshot, or link — (in store before you check out or via our online Chat for online orders) 

To qualify: 

  • You must be a Pet Perks member
  • The competitor's price must be current and verifiable
  • The product must be identical and in stock
  • The final price, including all taxes, fees, and charges, must not be lower than our costs 

We’ll take care of the rest — because matching value is just part of how we care for you and your pet. 

 No Retroactive Matches 

PawMatch Guarantee requests must be made before your purchase is completed. 
We’re unable to offer price matches after an order has been placed or a transaction has been finalized — so be sure to check in with us at the time of purchase! 

 🚫What’s Not Covered by the PawMatch Guarantee 

While we love matching great deals, matches are at the sole discretion of Tuck In Pet Foods and there there are a few exceptions to keep things fair and consistent.  

The PawMatch Guarantee does not apply to: 

  • Prices that fall below cost 
  • Membership or Repeat Delivery pricing
  • Expired promotions or offers
  • Direct from Manufacturer pricing
  • Trade quotes or commercial pricing
  • Warehouse-only stock
  • Discount codes, vouchers, or coupons
  • Digitally altered screenshots End-of-line or short-dated products
  • Damaged or imperfect stock
  • Marketplace listings (e.g., Amazon, Trade Me)
  • Independent or third-party sellers
  • Overseas retailers (in-store or online)
  • Gift with purchase promotions
  • Autoship, Repeat Delivery, or Membership-exclusive deals
