Shipping within New Zealand
We offer shipping services exclusively within New Zealand for our non-frozen food and pet supplies. Whether you reside in the bustling city or the tranquil countryside, we will deliver our high-quality pet food right to your doorstep.
Frozen Food & Mighty Mix Products
We do not currently deliver frozen food - this is Click & Collect or pickup in store only. Mighty Mix products (excluding frozen ranges) can be shipped to Northland only - this is a limitation of the Mighty Mix brand and we are unable to deliver outside this area.
Shipping Methods

Shipping Time

Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. The estimated shipping time within New Zealand is typically 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Costs
At Tuck In, we believe in providing transparent pricing.
Shipping costs for North Island deliveries are:
- FREE for orders over $89
- For orders under $89 - $12.90
Shipping costs for South Island deliveries are:
- Calculated based on the weight and size of your order: up to 10kg - $18.90, 10-20kg - $28.90
The shipping fee will be displayed at the checkout before you finalize your purchase.
